Vendors need to be set up and in their booths ready to sell by 8:30 am. Event runs from 9am - 5pm.

Cancellation of vendor spaces prior to 72 hours of events will be refunded. Cancellation within 72 hours of the event will not be refunded.

In the case of "Acts of God" (weather etc.) vendor fees will be refunded. In most cases vendor fees can be transferred to another date or for a rescheduled events if such "Acts of God" were to take place.

Arp Community Events (ACE) is not liable for lost or stollen merchandise .

Arp Community Events (ACE) is not liable for accidents.
