I understand that my vendor form and fee needs to be in FIVE (5) days before the event by Midnight. Fees not paid prior to are not guaranteed a spot.
Vendors need to be set up and in their booths ready to sell by 8:30 am. The event runs from 9 am - 5 pm.
Cancellation of vendor spaces prior to 72 hours of the event will be refunded. Cancellation within 72 hours of the event will NOT be refunded.
In the case of "Acts of God" (weather, etc.) vendor fees will be refunded. In most cases vendors fees can be transferred to another date or for a rescheduled event if such "Acts of God" were to take place.

Food Vendors (Not food Truck)
** PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIRES FROM YOU AS A "NON FOOD TRUCK". THIS MAY INCLUDE A SINK WITH HOT WATER IF ITEMS ARE PREPARED ON-SITE. A REFUND IS NOT GIVEN IF YOU DO NOT PASS INSPECTION
