ACE Agreement

I understand that my vendor form and fee needs to be in FIVE (5) days before the event by Midnight. Fees not paid prior to are not guaranteed a spot.

Vendors need to be set up and in their booths ready to sell by 8:30 am. The event runs from 9 am - 5 pm.

Cancellation of vendor spaces prior to 72 hours of the event will be refunded. Cancellation within 72 hours of the event will NOT be refunded.

In the case of "Acts of God" (weather, etc.) vendor fees will be refunded. In most cases vendors fees can be transferred to another date or for a rescheduled event if such "Acts of God" were to take place.

Arp Community Events (ACE) is not liable for lost or stollen merchandise.

Arp Community Events (ACE) is not liable for accidents.

Food Vendors (Not food Truck)

** PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIRES FROM YOU AS A "NON FOOD TRUCK". THIS MAY INCLUDE A SINK WITH HOT WATER IF ITEMS ARE PREPARED ON-SITE. A REFUND IS NOT GIVEN IF YOU DO NOT PASS INSPECTION

ACE is non-profit community based organization made up of volunteers. All of the money we earn during these events keep us running. Would you be able to donate an item to ACE for our raffle drawing?

Of course, I would LOVE to help. Count me IN!

My items are custom made, but I would like to donate some money.
